There are dynamic changes in leadership capabilities needed in our dynamic, global economy. Some of these changes include an increased complexity in decision making, taking into account broader, global impacts. All decisions have grave potential to impact unintended consequences without ongoing and open feedback loops.

A greater awareness is needed to ensure consistency and stability within the organization with the increased power of one individual to exercise the power of a large corporation through social media exposure.
